Canton Crossings is a State Licensed AFC home located in beautiful Canton, Michigan. We are local, family-owned and operated.
The owners and Licensee, Jeff and Tracey Swider have a combined work experience of more than 20 years in providing healthcare to seniors. Tracey Swider, RN has hospital experience working in the ER / ICU and Home Care experience working as a Case Manager. Jeff Swider has overseen and operated a large National Assisted Living kitchen, providing meals to more than 100 residents on a daily basis.
Jeff and Tracey are dedicated to the safety, health, and well-being of your loved one. Their knowledgeable caregivers are honest, caring, hardworking people who are devoted to quality senior care. All staff members are hired after proper screening and background checks. Upon hire, caregivers are required to complete all state competencies and certifications.
